The entry list for the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans on the 14/15 June has been announced by the ACO and it includes the newly crowned LMP2 and GT Asian Le Mans Series Champions Algarve Pro Racing and Manthey.
Algarve Pro Racing will be fielding two cars in the 17 strong LMP2 field with the no45 Oreca 07-Gibson of George Kurtz, Nicky Catsburg and Alex Quinn receiving the automatic invitation for winning the title in Abu Dhabi.
LMP2 Driver Champions Malthe Jakobsen and Michael Jensen will also be on the grid. Jakobsen will be competing in the Hypercar category in the no94 Peugeot Totalenergies Peugeot 9X8 alongside Loic Duval and Stoffel Vandoorne, while Jensen will be in the no16 RLR MSport Oreca-Gibson, the team the Dane won the European Le Mans Series LMP3 title last season.
GT Champions Manthey will also be fielding three Porsche 911 GT3 R LMGT3s at Le Mans, including the no85 Iron Dames entry, with the no90 Porsche receiving the automatic invitation to the big race in June. Driver champions Antares Au and Klaus Bachler will be in the car with Dutch driver Loek Hartog lining up alongside them on the 28 strong LMGT3 grid.
